High-Risk Inmates Transferred from Puerto Vallarta to Puente Grande

This action aims to reduce risks, guarantee order, and maintain control at the Puerto Vallarta prison.

Seven high-risk inmates were transferred this Tuesday from the Ixtapa Prison in Puerto Vallarta to the Puente Grande Penitentiary Complex, due to their role in generating violence within the prison.

During the operation, carried out to reduce risks, guarantee order, and maintain control at the Puerto Vallarta prison, various prohibited items such as sticks, shanks, and cables were also seized.

This action was the result of coordinated efforts by the State Penitentiary Police, the National Guard, and the Secretariat of National Defense.
