PV boosts job opportunities with over 700 openings at the 2026 Job Fair

The first job fair of the year, held at Los Arcos del Malecón, brought together 25 companies and offered free services to Puerto Vallarta residents

With the goal of connecting local talent with the productive sector, the Puerto Vallarta 2026 Job Fair took place this Tuesday at Los Arcos del Malecón. The event was the result of coordinated efforts between the Municipal Government, through the Directorate of Economic Development and Tourism, the National Employment Service, and the Jalisco Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.

Twenty-five companies from various sectors, primarily tourism, services, and commerce, participated in the event. More than 700 job openings were offered for different profiles, from entry-level positions to middle management, providing a direct meeting space between employers and citizens seeking to enter the job market.

In addition to the job offer, the Municipal Government of Puerto Vallarta set up citizen service modules with free services such as the Civil Registry Office and the Dr. Tucán clinic that provided general medical care.
