Amado Nervo Bridge progresses steadily; Inauguration expected before World Cup

During a supervisory tour, progress on this strategic project for regional mobility was confirmed

the municipal government, along with authorities from the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Works of Jalisco, confirmed that the long-awaited project Amado Nervo Bridge is progressing well and could be inaugurated ahead of schedule.

It was noted that, thanks to the coordination between the President of Mexico and the Governor of Jalisco this strategic project for regional mobility is being accelerated with the goal of being ready before the World Cup, which will significantly improve connectivity between Puerto Vallarta and Nayarit.

The project will benefit more than 480,000 residents and will reduce travel times between Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit by up to 25 minutes. It was also reported that the reconstruction of the La Desembocada bridge will be completed in the coming days, strengthening connectivity in rural communities.
