Red Flags Fly at Camarones and Holly beaches

Four other beaches remain under yellow flag. Crocodile presence has been warned in the mouth of the Pitillal River

The Civil Protection and Fire Department informs the public of the current flag codes for beaches covered by lifeguards:

🟡 Palmares Beach – Yellow Flag
🟡 Conchas Chinas Beach – Yellow Flag
🟡 Muertos Beach – Yellow Flag
🔴 Camarones Beach – Red Flag
🔴 Holly Beach – Red Flag at the mouth of the Pitillal River due to the presence of a crocodile identified as “106” 🐊
🟡 Oro Beach – Yellow Flag

Residents and visitors are advised to respect all signage posted on the beaches and follow the instructions of the lifeguards.

🔴 Red Flag: No entry into the water.
🟡 Yellow Flag: Enter the water with caution.
