New Youth Center Opens in El Coapinole

The facility offers psychological and nutritional counseling, a business incubator, addiction prevention services, and a coworking space

With the goal of providing spaces for support, guidance, and comprehensive development for young people in Puerto Vallarta, the Municipal Government, through the Directorate of Youth and the Sub-Directorate of Addiction Prevention, inaugurated the Casa Joven (Youth Center) in El Coapinole, making it the first municipal space of its kind focused on youth.

The facility offers psychological and nutritional counseling, a business incubator, and a coworking space, all completely free of charge.

It also houses the offices of the Directorate of Youth and the Sub-Directorate of Addiction Prevention. During the inauguration, the mayor emphasized the importance of rescuing and rehabilitating spaces that were previously abandoned and deteriorating.

This center will have the capacity to serve between 50 and 100 young people daily, aged 12 to 29. The Youth Center is located at Guatemala Street #427, in the Coapinole neighborhood.
