Civil Protection and Firefighters Control Forest Fire in the Southern Zone, near Palmares Beach

Smoke may still be visible from the bay today; however, authorities assured there's no risk of fire spreading

The efforts to combat and control the fire in the southern zone of Puerto Vallarta, which burned approximately 15 hectares yesterday, have been completed by Civil Protection and Firefighters.

Emergency teams carried out control operations by separating materials, preventing the fire from spreading.

Finally, Civil Protection and Firefighters urged citizens to report any emergency situation to 911.
