Notaries to offer free consultations on May 6th in PV

Services will be provided this Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the UMA (Municipal Administrative Unit)

The Jalisco State College of Notaries continues to promote the "From the Regions" program in Puerto Vallarta, with the support of the municipal government, by offering free consultations to the public. The next session will be held on Wednesday, May 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Cadastre offices of the Municipal Administrative Unit, without the need for an appointment.

The Director of Cadastre explained that many people do not know how to start or complete processes such as regularization procedures, wills, etc., so this will be of great help to the public.

For her part, Fabiola Prado Medina, head of Notary Office 10, explained that the program aims to bring notarial services closer to the public, providing guidance on topics such as property, legal procedures, and inheritance. She emphasized that anyone can come with their questions and that, if the matter does not fall under the jurisdiction of a notary, they are referred to the appropriate agencies or institutions for assistance.

Meanwhile, José de Jesús Ruiz Higuera, head of Notary Office 8, invited the public to take advantage of these sessions, especially the upcoming one where he will be providing direct service. He noted that they can assist with procedures such as buying and selling properties, donations, subdivisions, inheritances, wills, and the formation of companies, clarifying any doubts before initiating any process, free of charge.

It is worth noting that these sessions are held every first Wednesday of the month at the Cadastre offices in the UMA.
